Danièle Boulard holds a Bachelor of Psychosociology (1997), a Masters in Communication (2000) and a Doctorate in Communication (2012), all three from University of Quebec at Montreal.
Her master’s dissertation focuses on the relationship between mentor and protégé, and their expectations in a mentoring relationship, while her doctoral thesis presents mentoring as a tool to integrate immigrants.
She’s presently an independent Researcher. Since 2004, she works with Professor Benoit Duguay’s research teams and was involved in several surveys performed for the City of Montreal and other organizations. She previously pursued a career with a multinational corporation in the field of vocational training, in positions that include Director of student services and Branch Manager.
